Physician have a lot of opportunity to know the confidential informations on patients during his hospital life. However, the physicians should safeguard the confidential informations since the patients have a legal right to privacy. The statutes
provide
the duty to, scope of, and guarantee for safeguard confidential informations. This review is prepared to assist the physicians forming judgment on the guarantee of the patient' right in privacy.
